The Company Policy form allows you to store your company's return policies. Basically it allows you to tailor the plain paper invoices and orders to print your company's return policy like a 30 day money back guarantee or No returns on shipping. The only place you can open the Company Policy form is in the Company Preferences form.
You can choose the sort order of the Company Policy form by using the Sort buttons. These buttons are used to move the selected record upward/downward one spot for each click.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The New button will move your cursor to a new line where you can add a new record.
The Save button will save the selected record.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Print button will open the Company Policy Preview, which allows you to review and print.
The Export button will allow you to export the search results to your desired file type namely: HTML, PDF, RTF, Text and Excel.
The Close button will close the Company Policy form.
