The Contact Source form allows you to add, edit or delete records to the Source combo box in the Detail Tab of Customer, Prospect and Sales Rep forms. The form has two column headings: Source which refers to a type of source such as the Internet or a magazine ad, and, Source Name which refers to the specific name of the type of Source such as "Yahoo" for the Internet.
The Sort buttons are used to move the selected record upward/downward one spot for each click.
Click the New button to add another contact source type or click the Delete button to delete a selected contact source type.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The New button will move your cursor to a new line where you can add a new record.
The Save button will save the selected record.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Print button will open the Contact Source Preview, which allows you to review and print.
The Export button will allow you to export the search results to your desired file type namely: HTML, PDF, RTF, Text and Excel.
The Close button will close the Contact Source form.
