Freight Rates

The Freight Rates form is used to enter custom shipping rates for any Ship Via by zip code and zone.  You must first populate this form with the rates you charge based on zip code, ship via and weight.  Then from the Order and Invoice forms you can click the Ship button to automatically populate the Freight field based on the transactions zip code, ship via and weight.

You can then use the Estimate Freight form to quickly retrieve freight costs based on the zip code, ship via and weight for your customers.

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.

The New button will move your cursor to a new line where you can add a new record.

The Save button will save the selected record.

The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.

The Print button will open the Freight Rate Preview, which allows you to review and print.

The Export button will allow you to export the search results to your desired file type namely: HTML, PDF, RTF, Text and Excel.

The Adjust Rates button will allow you to change your rates by a percentage.  See: Adjust Rates.

The Close button will close the Freight Rates form.
