The Inventory Price List form can be accessed from the Inventory menu > Inventory Price List. This form is where you can view, add, edit or delete inventory price lists. This provides a way to have multiple Sales Prices and Commission percentages assigned for each item. Since these will form as part of a price list (like a group), inventory price list can be assigned to multiple customers instead of entering individual items for each customer in the Customer Special Pricing tab.
The Name and Description fields at the top of the form are used to name the selected inventory price list and put a brief description of that inventory price list.
The New button will clear the form to allow a new inventory price list to be added. See also, Adding Inventory Price List.
The Save button will save the selected inventory price list.
The Delete button will delete the selected inventory price list.
The Find button will enable you to find inventory price list.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Tools button is a pull down menu that will show Update, Import and Export buttons.
The Update button will open the Update Price List form where you can update inventory price list's Commission and Sales Price using different methods such as Update by Percent, Update by Amount and Replace by Amount.
The Import button will allow you to import inventory price list from a CSV file to VisionCore. See also, Import Inventory Price List.
The Export button will allow you to export inventory price list from Visioncore to a CSV file. See also, Export Inventory Price List.
The Close button will close the Inventory Pricing Role form.
Press F1 or click F1-Help button at the bottom left of the form for help on the form that is currently opened.
The Add button when clicked will open the Find Inventory Items form where you can select inventory items to be added on the selected inventory price list.
The Select All button will check all inventory items in the Inventory Price List grid area. Example, clicking Select All button then selecting to update either the Commission or Sales Price (click Tools button then click Update button) will update only the the items selected/checked.
The Clear All button will clear or remove all items from being selected.
The Delete Selected button will remove selected inventory items from displaying on Inventory Price List grid area.
The quick search fields at the bottom of the form gives you the most flexible way to search for, or find the specific inventory items you are looking for. Once you have narrowed your search down to the desired items, you proceed with modifying your inventory price list.
Search fields
The Filter field is an input field. As you type in every letter into this field, it automatically filters records that match the entered letter/s or word/s.
The Matching combo box field allows you to choose a default match to search and filter records. The options to choose from are Start Field, Any Part of field and Whole Field.
The In combo box field allows you to choose from the following search criteria: Item Number, Description, Category, Item Type, Commission and Sales Price.
