The Prospect Codes form is used to store identifier codes for each prospect if you choose. This is just another way of categorizing your prospects. In the United States you can use this form for entering SIC codes. The Industry Codes field can be used to assign an industry type to a prospect, which again can be helpful in categorizing or grouping your different prospects. This form is completely optional and you may not have any use for it. There is no limit to the number of codes you can assign to each prospect.
The Prospect Code combo box field is used to enter a code for the selected prospect. You can choose from any of the existing codes in the combo box. Once you select a prospect code you will notice the Description field will then display the full description of that code. If you want to add or edit those prospect codes click the Ellipse button next to this field to open the Prospect Code List form.
