Using ShipRush UPS
Once you have installed ShipRush v9 for UPS and completed the ShipRush UPS Setup, you can now begin using ShipRush UPS.
1.To use ShipRush UPS, create an Invoice. In the Invoice form - Main Tab, select a shipping method in the Ship Via field like UPS Ground. Then enter the items your customer is ordering.
2.Click the Detail Tab of the Invoice Form to enter the Packages, Weight, Volume, Length, Width and Height if you have them. These fields are not required but if you have them they will be passed to the ShipRush UPS form when you ship the order.
3.When you are ready to ship the order, click the Ship button at the top of the Invoice form. This will open the ShipRush UPS form.

4.Notice that all the Ship To information, service and package details have been automatically filled in for you. At this point all you have to do is verify everything, make any changes and click the Ship button in the ShipRush UPS form to send the Freight and tracking number back to VisionCore.
5.At the end of the day you need to process your UPS Shipments using the Shipment for Today button back in the Company Preference form under the ShipRush tab. Clicking on this button will open the “Shipments for Today” form where you can close the Shipping Day and print labels.
