Vendor Contact Source

The Vendor Contact Source form is used to store all the contact sources you can select from in the Source combo box field on the Vendor Contact form.  This form can be used however you choose.  An example of sources you could use would be "referral", "assigned" and so on.

 

Click the New button to move your cursor to a new line where you can enter an additional source.  To edit an existing sources click in the Source field for the record you wish to change and make the necessary changes.

 

 

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or closing.

Bullet PointThe New button will move the cursor to a new line where you can add a new source.

Bullet PointThe Save button will save the changes made in the form

Bullet PointThe Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.

Bullet PointThe Export button will allow you to export the search results to your desired file type namely:  HTML, PDF, RTF, Text and Excel.

Bullet PointThe Close button will close the Vendor Contact Source  form.
