Lot Number List

The Warehouse Lot form is where you can add, delete and edit warehouse lot numbers for your lotted items.  This form will open when you click on the New button at the Lot Numbers form.  Lot Numbers form appears on transactions that adds stock to a lotted item i.e. Purchase Receipt. If you enter lot numbers in this form then every time you create a sales or service transaction for that inventory item the Select Lot Numbers form will open where you can assign those lot numbers to the customer purchasing the item.  This form will keep track of every lot number ever entered and when a lot number is used on an invoice, that invoice number will be tracked with that lot number.  Once it has been used in an Invoice, you will no longer be able to make any changes to that lot number.

 

You can choose the sort order of the inventory lot number form by using the Sort buttons.  These buttons are used to move the selected record upward/downward one spot for each click.

 

You can also delete a lot number by clicking the X button beside every lot number. Lot Numbers can only be deleted when the source transaction and all related transactions are deleted.

 

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.

Bullet PointThe New button will move the cursor to a new line where you can add a new size.

Bullet PointThe Save button will save the selected inventory item.

Bullet PointThe Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.

Bullet PointThe Print button will open the Inventory Color Preview.

Bullet PointThe Close button will close the form. You can also press Ctrl+F4 or click the X button at the upper right corner of the form.
