AC prefix to the Order Number indicates that the Order was created from AbleCommerce. This is to easily identify orders created from VisionCore vs. those created from AbleCommerce.
To configure the Order settings in AbleCommerce, log in to AbleCommerce using Admin account. Go to Configure menu > Store then save the changes made.
Example:
1.Create an order online. Order number as shown below will be displayed when the data synchronized down to VisionCore.
