This documentation will discuss the enhancements made in Line Item Options form.
1.In the Line Item Options form of Order or Invoice forms, the Additional Info text field is changed into a multi-lined field that can accommodate large number of instructions.
2.A new Spec button is added also in the Line Item Options form.
This button will open the Specs form which is a Rich Text Notes window.
Note: The default entry in this form is the specification entered in the Specs tab of Inventory form.
3.These Line Items information are also searchable from Order or Invoice Find Line Item form.
Clicking the Find Line Items button will open the Find Line Items form, which enables you to find line items in the grid of the Order or Invoice forms.
4.The reports Order Detail Specs and Invoice Detail Specs are also added which can be accessed through Print button of Order and Invoice form respectively. These newly created reports have fields for the ‘Additional Info’ and ‘Specs’.
Here is a sample printed report. The line highlighted in green is the Additional Info field while the line highlighted in pink is the Specs field.
