Standard Financial Comparison Reports

This will offer an easy way of comparing different financial reports without using the Financial Report Designer.

The following standard reports are renamed.

Balance Sheet report is renamed to Balance Sheet Summary.

Balance Sheet Detail report is renamed to Balance Sheet Standard.

Income Statement report is renamed to Income Statement Summary.

Income Statement Detail report is renamed to Income Statement Standard.

Consolidated Trial Balance by Department report is renamed to Trial Balance by Department Summary.

New reports are also added in VisionCore.

1.        Balance Sheet Detail – This report is a combination of Balance Sheet Summary report and General Ledger by Account ID report. Here is how it looks like.

2.        Balance Sheet YTD Comparison report - Normally, this report should be generated using the ‘As of’ date criteria. If a specific date range is selected, for example ‘This Month’, the value displayed on the Current YTD Activity will be limited to ‘This Month’. The value displayed on the Prior YTD Activity will be limited to last year and same month.

3.        Income Statement Monthly Comparison report – This will display the amount per month in a calendar year.
