Confirm Email Recipients

The Confirm Email Recipients form is used to display all the Email Recipients that will receive the email you are about to send from the Email Campaign form.  You will only see this form when you click the Email button on the Email Campaign form.  Here you will be able to scroll through all the recipients before actually sending the email.  At this point you can add, edit or delete Email Recipients to confirm who will receive the email.

 

You can click the Ellipse button next any recipient to open  the Customers or Prospects form for that recipient.

 

You can click the little Delete button to the left of any recipient to delete the selected email recipient.

 

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.

Bullet PointThe Send Email button will confirm that you are about to send an email to all the recipients in the list and after confirmation it will send the emails.

Bullet PointThe New button will move the cursor to a new line where you can select a new Email Recipient.

Bullet PointThe Find button will allow you to Find Email Recipients.

Bullet PointThe Close button will close the Confirm Email Recipients form.

 

Press F1 or click F1-Help button in the Status bar for help on how to use the Confirm Email Recipients form.
