Customer Departments

The Customer Departments form is used to display all the departments selected for the current customer.  You can add, edit or delete departments in this form.  You may only select from the available departments in the Department combo box list.  If you want to add, delete or edit any of the departments in the Department combo box click the ellipse button at the bottom of the form to open the Customer Department List form.  Many companies have several different departments and there can be an unlimited number of departments assigned to each customer.

 

 

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.

Bullet PointThe Departments button will open the Customer Department List form where you can add, edit or delete departments to the Department combo box field.

Bullet PointThe New button will move the cursor to a new line where you can select a new department from the combo box.

Bullet PointThe Delete button will delete the selected customer department.

Bullet PointThe Close button will close the Customer Department  form.
