The Email Text Footer form is used to store various Signatures to be used at the bottom of your Text emails. This feature is only enabled on Text emails and does not work with HTML Emails. The Footer ID field is used to assign a unique name to each of your Footers. This is the field you will select in the Footer combo box on the Email Campaign form. When you select a Footer ID your text email will append the text you entered in the Email Footer field to the bottom of the email.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The New button will create a new record where you can enter a new Email Text Footer.
The Save button will save the selected record.
The Find button will allow you to Find Email Text Footers.
The Delete button will delete the selected Email Text Footer.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Print button will open the Email Text Footer Preview, which allows you to review and print.
The Close button will close the Email Text Footer form.
