The Financial Report Settings form can be opened from Report menu > Report Builder. Once Financial Report Builder form is opened, make sure that Show Report Settings checkbox is checked so that when Generate button is clicked, Financial Report Settings will be shown.
The record navigation buttons at the bottom of the form are used to move from one customer to another. It also displays how many records are in the customers form and what record you are currently on. Clicking on one of the buttons will navigate you through your existing data. You may use the Find button to find a specific record.
1. The As of Date field is used to set a single date that will be the maximum date at which the data be filtered and be shown on your report.
2. The Budget Name field is used to specify a budget name where budget data be coming from. This is needed if the financial report has a column for Budget amounts.
3. The Segment Filter field is used to specify the segment name to be used when filtering data. Also, you can choose to show the selected segment name on your report. To do this, you will have to configure your custom header or footer. See Page Header Design, Page Footer Design, Report Header Design or Report Footer Design.
Click the ellipse button on this field to open the Segment Filter Group form where you can add or edit segment filter.
4. The Enable Suppress Zero checkbox is used to either show zero amounts or not. If checked, it will not anymore show 0.00 amounts, while if unchecked, 0.00 amounts will be shown on your report.
5. The Include Audit Adjustment checkbox is used to either include or exclude audit adjustment transactions on your financial reports.
Buttons
Click the OK button to close the form and bring you to your financial report preview.
Click the Cancel button to close the form and bring you back to the Financial Report Builder form.
