The Import Primary Accounts form will show a selection of company account templates. This form has also the ability to import, export or even create a new template for your accounts.
In the Select a Company Type window, there are several default company types to select from. Each selection has its corresponding set of accounts that are shown in the opposite window.
Form Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The Add Selected button when clicked will bring all the selected accounts onto the Segment Accounts form.
The Select All button will select all the listed primary accounts. It works like checking the checkbox button before Primary column header.
The Clear All button will deselect previously selected primary accounts. It works like unchecking the checkbox before Primary column header.
The Print button will bring up the Import Primary Accounts Preview report which will show the accounts you are about to import. This report can be printed and reviewed as needed.
The Import button will allow you to import your set of accounts.
The Export button will allow you to export the selected set of accounts.
The Template button will open the Account Templates form where you can create a new account template, edit, import or even export an account template.
The Close button will close the Import Primary Accounts form.
Press F1 or click F1-Help button at the bottom left of the form for help on the form that is currently opened.
