You can view the sales rep group notes from the Sales Rep Group form by clicking the Notes tab at the top of the form. The Notes tab displays a single line item list of all the notes that have been entered for the selected sales rep group. Clicking on the ellipse button next to a specific notes will open the Sales Rep Group Notes form displaying the details of that specific sales rep group note. All the fields in the sales rep group notes list are read only.
To add new sales rep group notes from the sales rep group notes, just click the new button in Sales Rep Group Notes to be able to add a new one.
Toolbar buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or closing.
The New button will clear the form to allow a new note to be added.
The Delete button will delete the selected Note.
The Schedule button will open the Schedule Activity Form where you ca record the activities of Sales Rep Group
The Find button will allow you to Find notes.
The Close button will close the Sales Rep Group Notes form.
Press F1 or click F1-Help at the bottom left corner of the form for help on what this form is all about.
