The User Design Templates store HTML Email Campaign that can be used to create your HTML emails.
Name - Enter the name you want to use for your user design templates. This is the name that will appear in the listbox on the Design Templates form under the User Template tab.
Sort - This field will be used to sort all your user design templates.
Preview Image Filename - You can use this field to enter the path of a preview image you want to associate with your template. The size should be around 2" x 2.5".
Description - This field can be used to describe your user design template.
Template HTML - Enter the HTML Code in this field. If you have any pictures inserted in your HTML make sure they point to a web site and upload your graphics there using the FTP Explorer form or any other FTP program. Click the Upload button at the top of this form to open the FTP Explorer.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The Editor button will bring you to the editor tab where you can edit your template. System Templates cannot be edited.
The Save button will save any changes you made to the template.
The Upload button will open the FTP Explorer form where you can upload your HTML graphics.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Print button will open the User Design Template Preview, which allows you to review and print.
The Close button will close the User Design Template form.
