Design Templates

The Design Templates store HTML Email Campaign that can be used to help create your HTML emails.  We have included several built-in templates and you can create and store your own in the User Templates tab.  You can also purchase additional templates if you choose.

Each System Template will display a preview of the template along with a description.  Click the Preview button to see a full size preview of the HTML Template.

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.

The Select button will add the selected template to the HTML Body field in the Email Campaign form.

The New button will open the User Design Template form where you can add your own custom Templates.  You cannot add templates to the System tab.

The Edit button will open the User Design Template form where you can edit your Template.  System Templates cannot be edited.

The Delete button will delete the selected User Template.  System Templates cannot be deleted.

The Preview button will open the template in a full preview window allowing you to see how it would look as an HTML Email.

Press F1 or click F1-Help button in the Status bar for help on how to use the User Design Template form.

Note that Format field in Email Campaign form - Email tab must be set to HTML to use the Design Templates form.
