If you need to add a credit card account you must do this through the New Account Wizard. Inside the Wizard, you will first create the new chart of account ID in the Segment Accounts form. You must place this account ID inside the Credit Card Current folder. After you have created that account in that folder, you need to build that account into your existing Chart of Accounts.
After it has been built into the existing chart of accounts, you will be able to see the new credit card account in the Credit Card Account list form.
