Deleting Fixed Asset Contract

When clicking the Delete button on the Fixed Asset Contract Form, a message warning will appear asking if you would delete the fixed asset contract. There is an option at this point to cancel or go ahead and delete the selected fixed asset contract.  If you confirm that you want to delete  the selected record, VisionCore will delete it and there will be no way of retrieving that record again.

There may be times when you try and delete a Fixed Asset Contract and VisionCore will not let you. This can happen because the Fixed Asset Contract is being used in other areas of the program. For instance, if you try and delete a Fixed Asset Contract that has been processed to a Bill, VisionCore will display an error message explaining that the fixed asset contract could not be deleted due to referential integrity.  The only way you could delete that Fixed Asset Contract would be to delete the associated Bill transaction first.

The Delete button can be password protected so that other users can't delete any of the Fixed Asset Contract records. You can assign a password to the delete buttons in the Security form.
