The Fixed Asset Contract form displays a detailed information about a selected fixed asset contract. You can have an unlimited number of fixed asset contract.
If you need to edit existing fixed asset contract, just select the record you want to edit by clicking on the Record Navigation buttons or the Find button at the top of the form to open the Find Fixed Assets Contract form and make necessary changes to the fields for that record.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The New button will clear the form to allow a new fixed asset contract to be added.
The Save button will save the changes made in the form.
The Find button will allow you to find for fixed asset contracts.
The Delete button will delete the selected fixed asset contract.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Print button will open the Print Fixed Asset form where you can adjust settings and print a fixed asset contract.
The Process button will process the said fixed asset contract to a Bill.
Press F1 or click F1-Help button at the bottom left of the form for help on the form that is currently opened.
