The Email Campaign History tab is used to display a record for each time you sent a bulk of emails. It will display data like the Date, Time, Format, Subject and the number of emails sent. You can click the Ellipse button next to any of the records to preview the email that was previously sent. The Ellipse button can be used to find any data in the History tab.
Date Sent - The date the Email Campaign form was used to send a bulk of emails to your contacts.
Time Started - The time the Email Campaign started sending the first email. This would be after you clicked the Send Email button in the Email Recipients form.
Time Finished - The time the Email Campaign finished sending the last email.
Format - The format of the Email sent. This will either be Text or HTML depending on what was selected in the Format field on the Email Campaign - Email Tab.
Subject - The Subject that was used for the email.
User - The user who created the Email Campaign.
Emails Sent - This displays the total number of emails that were sent out to your contacts when the Email Campaign was run.
Body - The Body that is used to contain the contents of the email.
