The Line Item Options form can be found on the Items Tab of the Quotes, Orders, Invoices, RMA and Credit Memo forms by clicking on the Ellipse button next to the Item No field on a grid. The Invoice Line Item Options form can access many different forms from within the program and allow you to view or edit the information. You will be able to do things like delete the selected line item, edit the selected Item No in the inventory items form, assign serial numbers and so on.
Toolbar Buttons perform an action on the current record like adding, deleting or saving.
The Save button will save the selected inventory item's detail.
The Delete button will delete the selected line item.
The Undo button will cancel out the last change/s done to the record reverting it to its older state.
The Edit Item button will open the Inventory Items form where you can edit the selected Item No.
The Stocks button will open the Inventory Warehouse Transaction History form where you can view all the stock associated with the selected Item No.
The Serial button will open the Inventory Serial Numbers form where you can enter serial numbers for the items you are receiving.
The Photo View button will open the Photo View form where you can view a photo of the selected Item No.
The Customer Special Pricing button will open the Customer Special Pricing form where you can add, edit or view the selected customers special pricing.
The Inventory Pricing Level button will open the Inventory Pricing Level form where you can add, edit or view the selected inventory pricing level.
The Inventory Special Pricing button will open the Inventory Special Pricing form where you can add, edit or view the selected customers special pricing.
The Sort button will open the Line Item Sort Order form where you can choose how the order of you line items will appear on the Items tab of the Invoice.
The Line Item Commission button will open the Line Item Commission form where you can manually change the employees default commission percent for the selected transaction.
