Deleting Paychecks

When you click the Delete button on the Paycheck form, you will get a message warning you that you are about to delete the selected paycheck.  You have the option at this point to cancel or go ahead and delete the selected paycheck.  If you confirm that you want to delete the selected record, VisionCore will delete it and there will be No way of retrieving that record again.

The Delete button can be disabled so that other users can't delete any of the Paycheck records. You can enable or disable the Permission checkbox for Delete Paychecks in the Security form, Form Permission Tab.

You cannot delete a Posted paycheck.  The paycheck must be unposted before it can be deleted.

Deleting Line Items

The little delete button is next to every line item in the Line Item Detail form.  To delete a line item from the Line Item Detail click the little delete button at the left side of the line and VisionCore will delete whichever line you click that button on.
